The current economic downturn in the UK could be good news if you’re printing direct mail! Recent research, carried out across 175 small and medium sized businesses by New Brand Vision Group has shown that they consider direct mail as offering the best return on investment in terms of marketing spend. OK, so your small local business customers may be shrinking their marketing budgets overall, but now’s the ideal time to add-value to your direct marketing offering by fully utilizing your in-house design capabilities. What about getting your designers up close and personal when talking to your customers – their creative juices may provide much needed refreshment. Go a step further and take them with you to Drupa for a different slant on how you can further develop your business in general. I look forward to seeing you there.
